Green Your Diet is a FREE 7-day course designed to empower and equip you to make healthy choices in your everyday life, to replace bad habits with better ones, all to assist you with learning how to trust yourself to make slimming, nutritious and energizing choices without fad dieting.

I have not designed this short 7-day course to be a crash diet. If you're looking for a quick-fix, this isn't it. I'm also not doing this to sell shakes or supplements - that's not my style. This course is designed to motivate and inspire you to make small changes that build on each other to create sustainable results and create a healthier lifestyle for the long term. 

This challenge includes s  3-day sample meal plan and a list of whole foods to consider when building your meals. It embodies the way I eat on a daily basis. I was always a healthy eater, but I found that by making certain tweaks to my diet I had even more energy (i.e. I wasn't drained at the end of every day), I reduced my constant bloating, my cravings for sugar completely disappeared and more hormones became more balanced. 

What you can expect from me:

  • Basic clean eating essentials to get you started (shopping list, sample meal plan)
  • Quick tips and recipes to keep you motivated and to apply what you learn
  • A private Facebook group for support, questions and community 
     

What I expect from you:

  • Participation! Be present in the group by posting questions, comments, or sharing personal stories and wins. 
  • Action! Choose a few ideas from this course to implement into your daily routine. You don't have to do everything, but do something every day.
  • Movement! Make a commitment to daily movement. It doesn’t matter what you, just exercise. This includes - but is not limited to - walking, biking, lifting weights, dancing, running,   etc. 
  • Drink water! Lots of water. Start with half your body weight in ounces as a baseline goal.
