Le Grappin 2015 Pre-Release Offer
Excitingly for us, last week Jancis Robinson MW's “Wine of The Week” was our 2015 Fleurie-Poncié and, while the article is mainly about that wine (which she calls “totally charming”), she did have some nice things to say about our wines generally, commenting that we are building an “increasing reputation...for making pure, refined wines”. Indeed, she encouraged Purple Pages members to read her “enthusiastic notes on 17 Le Grappin wines from the 2012 vintage onwards”.
Along with Jancis, we have had some great critical feedback this year with Jon Bonné, the former wine editor of The San Francisco Chronicle and Author of The New French Wine calling us “one of Burgundy's next superstars” and Tim Atkin MW naming us to his “Top 25 Négociants in Burgundy” for the second straight year.
We’ve also had lovely feedback from the first buyers of this release about how it’s great to buy wines from “people not companies”; that makes us happy... it’s true! We have traditionally timed this offer, of 25% less than retail, to coincide with our December fruit bills; helping you to help us.
