USGS and NIWR have announced the annual Request for Proposals for the National Competitive Grants (104G) program. The submission procedures have changed from previous years, and now involve a pre-proposal round.
To apply as a Minnesota investigator, prepare a pre-proposal not exceeding four pages as described in the RFP, and send it as an email attachment in pdf format to cheryel@umn.edu by 4pm CST on Wednesday, February 15. The pre-proposal does not require a budget. Investigators invited to submit a full proposal will be required to submit the complete proposal package by June 1, 2017.
