Help Us Create Green-Building Education Area and Promote Your Company at CiderFest
This fall will mark the sixth annual celebration of CiderFest NC, which remains our nonprofit's largest fundraiser. The event has grown each year since it began in 2013. This year's CiderFest is from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13.
This year, we are excited to be expanding our event to occupy the entire Salvage Station venue and welcome a record-setting 2,000 guests. As part of that growth, we plan to use Salvage Station's main building as a green-building education area for our with vendor booths offering interactive demos of related products, mini-workshops and screenings of short films related to sustainability.
We can think of no better way to share green building with the public than through our members' participation in our largest event. We are making a limited number of vendor tables available for $100 each to members interested in promoting their company and offering educational demos. Table fees and event proceeds benefit our nonprofit.
Tables are limited and first come, first served.
Email Cari Barcas to reserve your spot today.

The quality of our current and future workforce is increasingly seen as the most important factor in our region’s economic growth and vitality. Our thriving business community benefits from Western North Carolina’s intrepid workforce, but we know employers of every size are still facing challenges in finding talent and preparing for the future.
That’s why the Asheville Chamber of Commerce, along with the North Carolina Chamber Foundation, the Economic Development Partnership of NC, and the Mountain Area Workforce Development Board, is launching a regional workforce analysis called the State of Our Workforce: Western NC.
