Christmas hours
We’d like to take this opportunity to remind you that our offices close at 3pm on Friday 21 December and reopen on Thursday 3 January.

Please note the following statutory close-down dates:

Building and resource consents: from 20 December to 10 January
Development Contributions: from 21 December to 3 January
LIMs: from 25 December to 15 January.

We'll continue to accept lodgement of applications over this time, but please be aware that the processing clocks stop during this time.

We look forward to working with you again in the new year.
