Manish is a graduate of the first Kolkata batch of 1997, completing his course in GMT. With extensive experience ranging from GI, Pratibha Syntex, VF Arvind Brands, TSS India etc., Manish has managed customers like A&F, Nike, AE, Mackay's Playboy and almost all major Indian retail brands. For the last 10 years, he runs a product development and sourcing business in the areas of apparel, home and accessories. An avid fitness enthusiast and yoga practitioner, he is known to cycle an average 30kms a day.

Smriti R. Bhowmik

Based in Shanghai since 2007, Bhowmick is currently the Global Sourcing Manager for Myer Department Stores, Australia. His previous roles include stints at Hanes, Quiksilver, NEXT and Espirit. Currently working as GLOBAL SOURCING MANAGER for MYER Department Stores, Australia. He takes keen interest in Global Apparel Strategic Sourcing and his current focus is moving orders from China to India & Bangladesh as China gets more expensive for Apparel production.

Prashanti Alagappa

Prashanti runs her own women's indo-western brand, Indian Dobby. She has also recently started a women's handbags brand in partnership, called Mio Borsa. Her previous stints included Jabong (one of the founding members, as head the Women's Apparel Division) and Future Group (as a Business Head for Value formats for Planet Sports).
