Pristine Pilsner: 5.3% abv, clean, clear, perfect for summer!

In an uncertain time when a lot of things in life are hazy (pun intended), it’s nice to be able to have something perfectly clear and straightforward to enjoy. The strength of the Pilsner style lies in the simplicity of the grain bill, which was built using an uncomplicated malt profile and minimal noble hops. This yielded a sparkling clean brew with delicate hints of bread. The body is light and bright and carbonated high for a weightless mouthfeel.
