In this video, Integral Yoga master teacher Nalanie Chellaram talks about the five kleshas as taught in the Yoga Sutras. The kleshas cause us suffering and hold us back on our spiritual journey. Nalanie also talks about the different phases of becoming a yogi, including non-attachment and understanding the spirit.
