There is a live television show, livestreamed on Cable TV and on the Internet, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2022.
This show caps off the #VirtualConservationDinner online auction week and ends before the closing of the online auction at 9 p.m. on April 7.

The #VirtualConservationDinner online auction 2022 began with the online auction on March 31, 2022 and a livestream Internet and Cable TV broadcast that evening to launch the chartiable auction event.

The March 31 broadcast included a live interview with James Eddington, owner of Eddington’s of Exeter; Mark Keller, President, of Exeter Lions Club; and Dave Frayne, Chair of the Conservation Dinner Committee and Ausable Bayfield Conservation Foundation.
The show also included pre-recorded videos with Diane Carson, 2022 Feature Artist; Tammy Sparling, owner of The Quilt Kitchen; volunteer Peter Moseley-Williams, of Friends of the South Huron Trail; and Abbie Gutteridge, demonstrating the online auction website.
The host of the March 31 broadcast was Wes MacVicar.
Wes is a consultant and experienced community leader with years of experience working for non-profit and educational organizations.
He is a well-known public speaker and community actor.
He has worked with Ausable Bayfield Conservation on education projects including education about aquatic species and catch-and-release.
His wealth of experience in community education includes having served as Executive Director of The Foundation for Education Perth Huron.
He is a Communications, Brand Manager, and Web and Resource Developer with Ontario Education Services Corporation.

Dine for Your Community
The Conservation Dinner Committee would like to thank all the restaurants contributing to the 2022 #VirtualConservationDinner with gift certificates; experiences; participation in Dine for Your Community; and other generous donations.
This year we have six restaurants offering meals, on specific dates between March and April, with proceeds to local community projects:

Owner and restaurateur James Eddington is generously donating 25 per cent of all proceeds from meals sold, at Eddington’s of Exeter casual fine dining restaurant, on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. The feature meal on April 6 will be Local Pork Tenderloin with a seasonal maple brown butter, Hensall White Bean and Vegetable Succotash.
Robinson Fresh Café is generously donating $2 for each of the Grab & Go Entrees sold during the week of Thursday, March 31, 2022 until Thursday April 7, 2022.
The Lake House of Bayfield is offering its delicious Barbecue Box, which includes a half rack of smoked pork back ribs with whiskey BBQ sauce, six smoked chicken wings with special sauce, plus two sides – all for $30. The Lake House of Bayfield is donating $3 from each Barbecue Box sold to the #VirtualConservationDinner charitable online auction of the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Foundation and Exeter Lions Club. This special meal will be available on Thursday April 7, 2022 and Thursday April 14, 2022.
