Support fiber technology for better broadband access and protect union jobs with the AFL-CIO. The new FCC Commissioner, Brendon Carr, is advocating for the Commerce Department's National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) to move away from its preference for fiber technology in favor of satellite technology. We know that satellite options are generally less reliable and involve fewer jobs, with no union-represented satellite internet companies currently available. Please sign the petition found HERE and share it in your networks to help protect good jobs and reliable broadband access in Arizona. For more information, please see and share THESE FLYERS.
Like last time: be sure to get on "Request to Speak" ("RTS"). RTS is where you can request to speak and comment or take positions on legislative bills. There are a ton out there and our Democrats need a lot of support.
