February Leadership Team Update

Greetings Church – here is our February Update!

Search Team
In our last LT Update we noted that our priority focus area for February was the Pastoral search process. So we want to update you on that.
This Sunday as part of our morning service we will announce and commission our new Search Team.  We are sure you will be delighted with the mix of skills and talents in the team, and pleased that will have a really good blend of both new team members and members from the previous team. 

Agenda for the Church Meeting this Sunday
On Sunday we are going to aim to have a 1-hour meeting only, starting at 11:15am.  Aaron Snook will be chairing our meeting.  Our agenda is:

• Minutes of the previous two meetings (Family Meeting - 4 AUG 2024) and (AGM - 22 SEP 2024) 
• Church attendance and offering stats
• Constitution Committee Update
• Finance and mortgage update
• Search Team update
• Staff Update
• Children and Youth ministries update and prayer time.

• Praise God for the establishment of the new Search Team.  Uphold this team in your prayers as they form new relationships with one another and begin to plan their work.
• Pray for the Setting your Church Free Weekend in March.  Pray with us that God’s leading would be clear as we unite to seek His face.
