Kia ora whānau,
Families meet together to catch up, eat, play, cry, chat and pray. This Sunday our FBC family will meet together. This will be a time to catchup on what is happening and share some ideas. Please make time to come. We will finish at 12.15pm to enable everyone to stay and participate.

Just like most families we have values that shape who we are and how we communicate with each other. Please have a read to remind you of our values and the statements that frame our meeting times. Click here to read. Come along and let us enjoy some time together.

The Great Restoration Project starts FEBRURARY 23rd. Over the last ten years there has been an explosion of television shows and series focussed on building and furniture restoration. Shows like The Repair Shop, Fixer Upper, The Block, Flip or Flop all focus on restoring the old and bringing life to the discarded. Join us as we journey towards Easter and learn about the greatest restoration project of all time. We will focus on God’s plan for humankind – a plan for restoration, a plan for new life, a plan that was both unexpected and brilliant.

Join us at 10AM in-person or online if you are not able or unwell. Please contact us if you need support info@fbc.nz

Please check our monthly calendar with information about our Church Family Meeting, men's breakfast, Alpha, and so much more!!!  All the details of events coming up this month are in our events calendar so please click here to read.

If you have something to go into the events calendar please send them to carol@fbc.nz by the 20th of each month.

Women's Retreat 2025

Praise God for special moments to spend together as women of different ages and backgrounds last weekend. Together we listened to some amazing speakers, enjoyed supper, brunch, games, and treats and a wonderful dinner prepared by Josh, Zac and Levi. Interspersed were some awesome encounters with God. We witnessed healing and restoration, lots of tears and an abiding joy that only relationship with our Lord can bring about.
30 Days of Prayer is a global Christian movement that takes place annually during Ramadan to encourage people to pray for Muslims. Christians pray with love and respect for them through an annual prayer guide that provides educational and inspiring content. The guide can be found on-line, or a hard copy requested from the church office. Please remember these precious people who are part of God’s creation. Focused prayer runs from Feb 29 to March 30.

What is Gather25?

Gather25 is for every man, woman, and child on Earth who follows Jesus. Every Christian, from every denomination, from every continent, and every generation, is invited to be a part of Gather25.
25 hours spanning 1 - 2 March of the Global Church gathered in 2025. Gather25 is an unprecedented, and free, 25-hour global broadcast event telling the story and mission of the global Church, by the global Church. This will be an opportunity for the 2.5 billion believers across the world to gather in prayer, worship, and repentance, so that we can go out powerfully and collaboratively to reach the world.
Through live-streaming technology, the global Church will connect together for prayer, worship, repentance and commissioning. Each continent will host a portion of the 25 hours. There will be stories told of what God is doing on each continent. There will be powerful times of worship. And there will be a worldwide “sending out” of the workers to the harvest.

Gather25
Finding our fit can take many shapes, be a long journey, and often we just need to take the first step. We each have a part to play in God's plan. While seeking God for our part to play in His plan take a look at this list of places where you could serve. Tap the button below and ponder the possibilities. Or lookout in the foyer for opportunities to serve. Or chat to Sherrell about some of the working bee tasks still left to tick off.
