LAPD's Summer Beach Deployment Kickoff
We are so excited to welcome the 2024 LAPD Beach Detail to Pacific Division! This enhanced beach deployment also helps us free up additional police resources for other communities in Pacific Division, so every neighborhood has the coverage it needs.

Save The Date For A Special Exhibit With CD11 And Venice Arts
For the last three decades, students at Venice Arts have taken thousands of photographs of the vibrant culture and community that is Venice Beach. In celebration of this history, Venice Arts dug into their digital archives dating back over 15 years and the result is "Venice Arts on Venice Beach." I am personally thrilled to host this special exhibit at the CD11 Council office at Westchester Park! Please join us for this special event!

Culver Median Beautification In Del Rey
We had a great time partnering with StreetsLA, Urban Forestry, and your CD11 Clean Team to complete another beautification project, this time along the Culver Median in Del Rey. We trimmed almost 100 trees (for the first time since they were planted 20 years ago!), pruned the shrubs, and cleared garbage from the pathway and gutters. We are excited to continue our work with the Del Rey Neighborhood Council on our long-term improvement plans.

This week's spotlight shines on Ronnie's Diner in Del Rey, located just off Culver Blvd. For over two decades, Ronnie's has been a beloved staple on the West Side, serving up classic American fare and fostering a warm, familial atmosphere. From hearty breakfasts to satisfying lunches, it's more than just a diner—it's a cherished gathering spot where memories are made and community bonds thrive.
