| | | The animal consortium which is made up of the BSAS - British Society of Animal Science, EAAP - European Federation of Animal Science and INRAE owns the 3 journals: We are extremely proud to have the esteemed animal as our Society’s Journal. As a leading peer-reviewed publication, it offers an exceptional platform for members to showcase their work and contribute to the ongoing expansion of knowledge in the field of animal sciences. If you want to publish a paper, please consider using animal Journal as you will be contributing vital funds for BSAS which are reinvested to support the development in animal science. | | Events & Publications | | Going forward, we will be aligning more closely the themes and topics of events with challenges faced by animal science, both academia and industry, and the solutions needed to tackle them.
The annual conference is our flagship event but, over the next couple of years, we will be looking to hold separate, occasional meetings and workshops in collaboration with industry. This leads us into publications, where we will aim to increase publications generated from events, both BSAS and non-BSAS.
Increased article submissions is a goal so we also need, in collaboration with our journal partners, to focus on promotion of our suite of journals: animal, animal Science Proceedings and animal Open Space.
