Welcome to our mid-spring edition of Talk of the Town’s newsletter! As you can see, we have a new format, which we hope you’ll enjoy!

We are very excited to announce that Susan Mullaney has joined us here at Talk of the Town Catering & Special Events! Susan brings an impressive 25 years in catering experience and knows just how to make any event truly perfect!

Basketball-Themed Bar Mitzvah Rocks the House!

Our own Peggy Echols and the rest of the Talk of the Town team had a fantastic time helping to create a truly wonderful Bar Mitzvah for a lucky young man named Ian! The theme was University of Kentucky Basketball! The younger guests enjoyed a fully-loaded snack bar complete with popcorn, cotton candy, beef jerky, M&M’s, and soft pretzels! Then they had a dinner buffet that featured Sliders, a full Tex-Mex Display and Crudités!

Talk of the Town Commits to Serving Hungry Honduran Students

As Roswell Rotarian, Talk of the Town’s Chris Archer had the opportunity to experience firsthand the difference he and his business could make in the lives of hungry children. Upon visiting Honduras with the club in February 2013 and doing hands-on work at the Nacaome school, Chris decided that Talk of the Town would to join Meridian Group Partners in sponsoring Lunches for Learning for the entire 2013 school year.
