Prepaid Cash Passport Cards
A note from a valued Private Travel Company client who has recently returned from Europe – “….if people use prepaid Cash Passport credit cards (MasterCard, Visa) need to be aware not to draw out too much cash in one go. I tried to w/d 1000 pounds, had to do it in 100 pound increments - after 700 pounds it blocked my card because it generated a theft warning. Phoning the credit card company on a mobile is very time consuming. Information on card says it can be checked etc on line but I wasn’t able to do this on my IPad even though I was authorised/registered to do so. Cash passport does not support Apple products - it was a real nuisance that my card was cancelled and that I couldn’t check balances on my Ipad or Mac.” Note: The client’s card was a BNZ Prepaid Cash Passport.
