May Yard of the Month
308 Gladeview Place

Congratulations to Rick and Linda Stubblefield whose beautifully maintained yard is a special treat to behold.  Red Knockout Roses and bright yellow Day Lilies are everywhere the eye can see.

The Hidden Hills
Neighborhood Garage Sale
is Saturday, May 7.

The cost is $10 per household to participate.
Tricia Harris will be at the clubhouse Wednesday, May 4
from 5-6:30 to pass out signs.

The Good Samaritan truck will be at the clubhouse after the sale
if you wish to donate any items. Don't drop off unless the truck is present.
Here's the registration form.

Questions? Contact Tricia Harris.

Please keep your garage door DOWN if you are not participating in the sale.

Individual garage sales are not allowed per the covenants. Garage sales, estate sales, etc., can only occur during planned neighborhood events.
April Covenant Violations

16 - Garbage Cans out in plain view, not on garbage day
4 - Yards not mowed/maintained
4 - Improper parking (on curb, sidewalk, or at night)
3 - Misc (speeding, running stop signs, debris)
Garbage Cans & Trash

Article VIII, Section 7 of the covenants state that "all garbage and trash shall be kept in covered containers and shall not be visible from neighboring Lots except as required for collection." Some people have gotten complacent and leave their cans in front of their garage doors. The covenants state they should be "out of sight", so this is one reason you may have received a notice from the Association regarding garbage cans.

The next sentence of Section 7 reads: "No container shall be left at or near any street except as necessary for pick up and disposal..." The Board of Directors recently adopted a time frame of 4:00 p.m. the day BEFORE garbage day (to place trash at the curb) and to remove the can(s) by noon the day AFTER garbage day. This should allow everyone time to put their garbage cans away either before or after work.

We hope this clarifies any confusion regarding this covenant. If you have a question, please contact the Association Office at 769-524-7358 or ask a board member.

Pool Volunteers

Pool season will soon be in full swing! Volunteers are needed to check the pool at closing time, empty skimmers, pick up trash, check the bathrooms, and make sure everything is tidy for the following day. If you can take a week (Monday through Sunday), please do so.
