July Yard of the Month
603 Overlook Point

Congratulations to David & Shawna Wallace for being recognized as this months winner. Their stately home, situated on a large corner lot, has a lawn that closely resembles a putting green.  Uniform in color this lush lawn serves as a backdrop to perfectly manicured shrubbery and intermittent pops of color from flower pots.  Crepe Myrtles are in perfect form and add elegance to this well executed yard of the month.
Thanks to our volunteers for distributing the American flags at the entrances and in front of the clubhouse for the holiday. Phillip & Virginia Manning placed the flags and Elizabeth Dickey collected them after the 4th. Special thanks go to Tara & David Scott for donating the patriotic wreath to adorn the clubhouse door.
Events and Activities

July 12 - Board Meeting
July 14 - Mens Limit Poker
July 21 - Ladies Game Night
July 28 - Mens No-Limit Poker

For times or more info, visit the calendar on the Hidden Hills website.
A special thanks goes to each volunteer who pitches in throughout the year. Many people give their time and talents to help make Hidden Hills the wonderful community it is and they receive very little recognition. Please accept our heartfelt thanks for all you do.
The pool is a valuable asset to residents of Hidden Hills. Several weeks in August and September remain open on the sign-up sheet to check and straighten the pool area at closing time. If you use the pool, please volunteer one week during the summer to help maintain the pool.

As a reminder, guests are limited to two per household.

Renting the clubhouse does not extend to the use of the pool or patio area.
Welcome New Residents! We are happy to have you.
Hidden Hills is a Covenant Enforced Community.
