Quote of the Month
"Yet the Lord, the God of Israel, chose me from my whole family to be king over Israel forever. He chose Judah as leader, and from the tribe of Judah he chose my family, and from my father’s sons he was pleased to make me king over all Israel."

- 1 Chronicles 28:4 (NIV)

Fundraiser Ideas
We are still gathering fundraiser ideas!

What has really worked for you and your Pathfinders? How have you obtained enough funds to attend the Camporee? Let us know here.
I'm bringing an RV. What do I need to know?
If you'd like to bring your RV to the 2019 CICamporee and camp with your club, you'll need to contact your Conference Pathfinder Director and your Club Director to get their permission to do so.

Another option is for you to camp at the EAA campground South Gate area, which is available on a first-come first-served basis. There is no extra charge or reservation fee for this area. There are no services available at this site.

You can also camp off-site at a local RV park which has RV services. You would be responsible for making these reservations and paying for all RV campground fees. Here are a few RV campgrounds:
Circle R Campground
Hickory Oaks Campground
Kalbus County Harbor Campground
The 2019 CICamporee does not endorse any particular campground.

Pathfinder Fun Facts

The answer to last month's question is:

The youth director for the Southeastern California Conference who got a club going in Riverside, California in 1946 was John H. Hancock.

This month's question is:
What year did the Pathfinder Clubs program become an official worldwide organization of the Adventist church?

Find out the correct answer in our next newsletter!
