The Fresh Produce Safety Centre has revised and updated the Guidelines for On-Farm Food Safety for Fresh Produce and, by extending it to post-farm activities, created the new Guidelines for Fresh Produce Food Safety. The Guidelines will be an essential resource, ensuring greater certainty and consistency in the development, implementation and auditing of fresh produce food safety programs.

Please join us as our guest to celebrate the launch of the new Guidelines, which will occur the evening prior to the Fresh Produce Safety Conference.
