The Fresh Produce Safety Centre has revised and updated the Guidelines for On-Farm Food Safety for Fresh Produce and, by extending it to post-farm activities, created the new Guidelines for Fresh Produce Food Safety. The Guidelines will be an essential resource, ensuring greater certainty and consistency in the development, implementation and auditing of fresh produce food safety programs.
