CAPITAL RAISE CLOSING SOON

City of Sydney invited strata buildings to participate in the Virtual Energy Assessments project this week. Wattblock has already engaged with Owners Corporations from Glebe, Elizabeth Bay, Camperdown, Chippendale, Erskineville, Surry Hills, Pyrmont, Potts Point and Ultimo.

Register here if you live in a residential building in the City of Sydney catchment to participate.
Wattblock has signed a teaming agreement with Wattwatchers for realtime electricity tracking and is pictured with Jon Keeble in an apartment building switch room.

Location Update
Wattblock has moved out of Telstra's muru-D accelerator in Paddington and is now working from the National Innovation Centre at the Australian Technology Park. We are in good company, surrounded by other muru-D and Startmate companies.

Capital Raise Update: Making solid progress and now moving to the closing phase.

Other Activities
  • Developed an industry partnership with a strata manager
  • Completed solution phase for our first solar opportunity
  • Met with representatives from the Prime Minister's office, tasked with innovation
  • Attended Newport Capital's ANZA Tech breakfast - Viki Forrest keynote speaker
  • Provided a submission to City of Sydney's new "startup program"
  • Interviewed a UNSW Solar program student and made an internship offer
  • Capital Pitch provided a 3rd pitch deck consultation
  • Jointly engaged on an opportunity with Ecodata
Our customer engagement starts with a free report identifying energy waste in buildings. If you have not already done so, create a Wattblock Report for an Australian building.
