2017 is set to be a busy year for the Institute and we are already well underway.

On 4 May, the profession will come together for one of our biggest events of the year, the National Architecture Conference. PRAXIS: Process.Propositions.Production, has been curated by National President Prof Ken Maher along with Prof Helen Lochhead and features a program that explores processes of thought, engagement and action. Notice to our SA Members

The South Australian Chapter of the Australian Institute of Architects has enjoyed a long and productive relationship with Fielders.  Over the last 15 years Fielders have made a significant contribution to programs including the South Australian Awards, the Student Mentor Scheme and the President’s Breakfast series.  Together we have been able to offer a range of events and services that have supported the profession and provided many enjoyable social and networking opportunities.

However organisations evolve over time and the South Australian Chapter has made the decision to pursue other opportunities from this year.  This decision has been made following careful consideration and in consultation with Fielders.

On behalf of the members we thank Fielders for their contribution to the Institute and the profession. We have no doubt that they will continue this constructive relationship with the profession in other ways into the future and wish the Fielders team all the best moving forward.

Nicolette Di Lernia
SA Chapter Executive Director
