2016 National Forest Week - September 18th to 24th - True North, Strong and Green
The BC National Forest Week coalition has resources and support for community forests hosting celebrations that extend awareness and understanding of BC forests to the community. Educational outreach efforts help citizens appreciate our forests, our forest heritage, and the value of this renewable resource to the community and province’s social, economic, and environmental well‐being.

There are legal obligations attached to your role as a director, officer or board member of the organization that holds the tenure. There are two main sources – occupational health and safety (OHS) legislation and the Criminal Code.
