December Yard of the Month
706 Northdale Place

Congratulations to Jay and Laura Nelson, whose home is tastefully dressed and ready for Christmas and Santa!  Grass and hedges are beautifully manicured.  Flower beds are neatly stacked with pine straw and stained fence adds the perfect frame to this well done yard.
ANNOUNCEMENTS

If you can help Rosalyn Howard with neighborhood Christmas decorations, please contact her via Facebook or email Pat at the clubhouse.

Is your yard dressed for Christmas? We are again sponsoring the decorating contest. First, second, and third place gift certificates will be awarded to the top three winners.

We understand some of our homeowners have received a mailing to become
part of a network (Nextdoor.com) to exchange baby sitters, repair people, events, etc. within Hidden Hills.

First of all, we have such a mechanism - our Facebook page - which is exclusively for Hidden Hills Homeowners.  Additionally, it has been our experience that the way these outside companies make their money is by selling the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses to outside mailing list suppliers.  We are not sure you want to do that with your information.
December and January are busy months for the HOA. The 2017 Annual Assessment will be mailed to each household in December and is due and payable during the month of January. Remember it is considered late if not paid by January 31, and a late fee will be assessed.

The Annual Meeting is January 17th (always the 3rd Tuesday in January) and will be held at the Reservoir Community Center at 7:00 p.m. Someone from Rankin County Sheriff's Office will attend to discuss neighborhood safety.

Nine residents will be elected to serve on a one-year basis to manage and administer the Association's affairs. A neighborhood as large as Hidden Hills requires community input and participation to be effective. For more information or to volunteer to serve, please contact Homer Burns.

Financial packets will be available at the meeting, plus each committee will present reports of improvements and expenditures. Please make every effort to attend.
