Happy Winter, <<First Name>>!
I know, I know. We were all hoping for an early Spring but on the bright side, Winter is a time of healing and renewal (and Lord knows we've needed them Winter El Nino rains out here in California!) Since we get it so rarely out here, the rain actually gets me all amped up and motivated to create. I crank the heat, jammie up, get cozy, and start drawing with my favorite '80s toon or tune on in the background! Granted, I'm an MTV oddity, so for those who don't share this sentiment here are 3 Things to help get you through the rest of Winter. Bundle up out there, stay warm, and enjoy! =)
THING #1: VIDEO. Sometimes in life, you have to put your foot down...on yourself! I recently did this by forcing myself to take a vacation and visit several loved ones all over Tennessee. While there, I was invited to shoot an interview with a rad, local filmmaker named Josh Mason. What happened next is a feat of fun the likes of which you've never seen! THING #2: AUDIO. Of course, a trip to Tennessee would not be complete without a visit to my pals at Geek Tank Radio! And thank you, <<First Name>>, for staying tooned! If all goes according to plan, the next update will be the last catch-up email before I can finally start announcing brand new Little Billy content. All-new collaborations, comics, products, designs, videos, and art are on the way! YES!! Man, it feels good to finally be taking the project even further!!! While all these things are being produced and released, I will, of course, continue working on the animatic for Little Billy's pilot episode. It's coming!
