![]() Changes associated with Efficient Dwellings projectThe Department of the Environment and Energy has engaged the Moreland Energy Foundation, an independent not-for-profit organisation, to undertake a study into how the building industry has achieved building dwellings with higher thermal performance and the practice of voluntary improvement to thermal performance beyond the regulatory minimum.The online survey, consists of 10 questions and should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Your industry input is valuable to obtaining a balanced view of the changes that industry has implemented and are associated with constructing more efficient dwellings, including to meet minimum regulatory requirements in Australia. |

![]() Acumen Content Review Panel member EOI soughtThe Acumen Content Review Panel (ACRP) is tasked to develop and maintain the accuracy, currency and quality of the Acumen practice advisory database content. The ACRP meet face to face three times a year with monthly teleconferences in between and are seeking a new member.To maintain the diversity of the panel, applicants are sought from NT, QLD or SA, preferably from a large practice or with recent large practice experience. Applicants should be a practicing registered architect and a current member of the Institute. A copy of the terms of reference can be found here.
