We have been making our event space look abit more loved and lived in...Have you noticed?! We have bought over 4000 fairy lights to cover the ceiling and will be putting fresh flowers on the tables every week!

If the space is not hired out please feel free to drink your coffee or eat your lunch in there & enjoy the views across the levels.
And if you find yourself with any spare time we are always looking for volunteers to help us paint the walls, clean the floor and tidy up the ceiling in the event space - get in touch with us if you can help!
We also have our new painted reception sign back up and the lovely guys down at The Subhouse in Wells donated some table bases and chairs for the garden, keep your eyes peeled for the community tables in the garden all ready for the summer!
This little piece of happiness was found on the floor during the clean up after the Lego & Craft drop in during Half Term. It really was awesome.

We had over 150 people drop in to the 2 hour session that we ran and although it was super busy it was super good fun!

Amy from RBB HQ organised it all with help from our wonderful volunteer  Sarah and Emma from The Big Lovely Mess overlooked the crafts.

Thank you to all that came & helped us raise £127 for our project.
On the last Sunday of the Half Term we also held a Family RAVE here at the RBB - Jemma from HQ organised a brilliant event which sold out and by all accounts we could of sold out again!

A perfect way to have fun as a family, dancing, glow sticks and some live dj's...all who gave their time for free to help us raise money for the RBB.

Thank you to all that helped, that came and we hope you all had as much fun as we did.

The next one will be announced SOON
Always trying to spread the word of events...so here is a sneek peek from behind the scenes! Paul and Tim are hanging the banners so that everyone can see from the road what we are up too...Thank you to both for braving the cold this week!
Wouldn't it be great if we could hire a plane and spread all of the leaflet's and promotional material we have across somerset?!

Turns out our marketing budget doesn't stretch that far...so if you have some spare time or a plane and you can help us get some posters and leaflets out and about then please get in touch!
With plenty of DJ's...insane decor & festival style stalls there really was something for everyone and the it was the perfect way to attend a winter festival!
Neverglade was a huge success and with another date about to get booked in the diary this really will be something to keep that third eye peeled for!

Alternate Thursday's see Bon joined in the garden by Avalon School and then the following week she has a group from Orchard Vale both groups are helping us make the garden grow.

On a Friday we have a gardening club which is open to all from 10am.

This week they groups, Bon and our wonderful garden volunteers have been making the flower beds clear ready for their bark covering.
Aren't we lucky to live in such a wonderful part of the world?!

Before the snow came out to play and the sun was shining...remember that time?! Ha. We took an early morning walk up the very special and beautiful Glastonbury Tor. The mist was covering the whole of the town but the silence and stillness up there was stunning in itself.

Heading into town we stumbled upon these chalk drawings on the pavement...did you see them?! Lovely words and fantastic patterns on view for all to admire.

The Youth club was full to the brim again this week!

Last week we covered mental health through art, looking at the small things that make us happy, we discussed how to manage our anger.

We also had a pamper session, our older members shared their make-up skills with our younger members and we had yummy fruity sweet kababs to put in the chocolate fountain. Just a few ways to unwind and focus on happy things.
 😃👍
Keep up to date by checking out the Red Brick Youth Facebook page!
Huge thank you to all that help run such a fab club.
Due to the incredible popularity of the Youth Club, we have to temporarily close the membership to new members. The club has a capacity of 40 members each week but has over 120 members on the books, of which 80 attend regularly. If attendance drops below 30 we will open up the membership again. Sorry for any disappointment this may cause. If you would like to be added to a waiting list please email: youth@redbrickglastonbury.co.uk
