Yard of the Month

179 Eastside Drive

Congratulations to Sharon Cossell whose yard is mowed and edged to perfection. Her shrubs are trimmed and beautifully shaped. The well maintained grass is uniformly green and manicured.  The use of color is well executed with colorful summer flowering plants.

Q&A: How Do I Reserve the Clubhouse?

This is one of our most frequently asked questions. The clubhouse rental fee is $50, and the refundable security deposit is $100.To reserve the clubhouse for a private event, check the calendar at Hidden Hills Owners to see if the date is available. If available, print the two forms, Clubhouse Usage Agreement and Conditions for Clubhouse Use. Bring your completed forms along with two separate checks to the clubhouse. You can use the after-hours drop box which is attached to the building beside the front door. The key can be picked up the Friday before your weekend event and must be returned no later than Monday morning. The dates are reserved on a first come/first served basis, and we cannot hold the date without payment.
Needing a few volunteers to fill
some vacant weeks f
or
the pool nightly checks!

Help keep our pool area
safe and clean!

Thanks to everyone who has
volunteered so far!
