Freddy's was listed by Travel WI as one of seven restaurants in WI "Worth The Drive."  We are looking for line cooks, experience preferred, but we can train someone with the right skill-set. Individuals should be able to multi-task, have a good work ethic, be punctual, and team oriented. Freddy's is a teaching kitchen and an excellent restaurant to hone your skills. Local Night is Back



Local night will be officially kicking off on June 7th, with Hank Dedrick on the stage. Stop by the Post House Garden every Thursday night for great food, drinks, and company!

Convivio is now serving espresso drinks, cold brew, and Kickapoo Coffee. There is also some outside seating in the backyard!

Architecture is Elementary Camp - June 18-22
 
City Planning Camp- July 9-13
 
Intermediate Architecture Camp- July 16-20
 
Imagine Mars Camp- July 23-27
 
Does your student love architecture, math, science, art, or nature? Architecture Camp is the best way to engage all of the above disciplines into one week-long day camp. A variety of camps for all ages and skill levels available. Register today, space fills quickly.
 
  • All camps are held at the Wyoming Valley School Cultural Arts Center from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Fees include: lunch, materials & a Taliesin Tour 
  • Presentations on the last day of camp.

Stunning photos from the 1960s in “Taliesin and Beyond”

Photographer Robert Hartmann presents stunning photos from the 1960s in Taliesin and Beyond, an historic exhibit of 40 never-before seen photos of buildings by Frank Lloyd Wright (Wyoming Valley School, Taliesin, A.D. German warehouse among others), as well as his associates (James Dresser, John Howe, Wes Peters, and more). The show opens Saturday, June 2, at 9 a.m. and continues throughout the summer.  Limited edition signed prints are available for sale.   

        
 
Architectural Design and Furniture Show
 
Wyoming Valley School will host a free architectural design and furniture show featuring the work of Taliesin apprentices Thomas Olson and Peter Korman.  Korman brings a treasure trove of beautiful Wright-inspired furniture to the school, unique contemporary furniture reflecting the principles of Frank Lloyd Wright. Show starts Friday afternoon, June 1, from 3-6 p.m., and continues all day Saturday, June 2, starting at 9 a.m., plus Sunday, June 3, 9 a.m.-until noon.


Wyoming Valley Hymn Sings

The first of this summer's five Wyoming Valley Hymn Sings takes place Sunday, June 3, at 2 p.m. (Other dates are July 1, Aug. 12, Sept. 2, and Oct. 14) Everyone is invited, regardless of religious affiliation. Refreshments are served.

  

Wright & Like Tour

The Annual Wright and Like House Tour is "coming home" to Wright's beloved Wisconsin River Valley and the communities of Spring Green and Richland Center.  Tour nine Wright associated sites (shown below on map). Wright & Like Tour takes place on Sat, June 2, starting at 9 a.m.   Host site for information and tickets at Wyoming Valley School. (See Wright & Like website, WrightinWisconsin.org)
