From our Executive Director: At the start of this New Year, UnityWorks re-affirms our commitment to the oneness of humanity, the value of diversity and the need for unity. We are inspired by the many individual and collective acts of courage and love that we have witnessed in these divisive times. We feel confident that those same forces acting to divide us are simultaneously tearing down barriers to unity and opening our hearts. The earth must be plowed before the seeds can be planted and grow. Have hope and persevere! - Randie Gottlieb

Do all staff and faculty have the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to effectively serve all students? Do they understand the impact of unconscious bias and institutional racism?
