February's fine in Phoenix! Let's ride.

Updates

Here's the latest bike news.
New paint popping up
Eagle-eyed PSP members recently spotted new asphalt and bike markings at 5th Avenue and Encanto, and on 28th Drive from Peoria to Cactus. Wahoo!
Bike valet on fire!
PSP's bicycle valet service is really picking up steam. From Strong Beer to Flying Burritos to the Coronado Home Tour, you won't believe what we're up to! Email us to get in on the action.
Support Arizona's first bike license plate
Did you know Arizona is among the top 10 states for cyclist and pedestrian fatalities?  The Rob Dollar Foundation and Uphill Into the Wind are working to bring Arizona a “Share the Road” license plate. Help them out?
Lafayette Boulevard bike lane closures
Bike Lanes on Lafayette Boulevard from 44th St to Arcadia Drive in Phoenix are closed due to Southwest Gas Construction until late Spring 2019. Project hotline: 623.825.3444.
Share your bike savvy
If you ride a bike, Valley Metro needs your input for their February 27 webinar Easy Rider - Getting Around by Bike. In words or photos, tell them what makes your bike ride easier. Think accessories - routes - people - whatever! #onelesscar
Osborn Road fail
In 2018 the City of Phoenix proposed a "road diet" for Osborn Road from 15th to 19th Avenues. Sadly, they concluded there was "not enough support to move forward with the modifications." Osborn Road remains at five lanes for cars, zero for people.
