Sharing Media Responsibly

Media have traditionally had a “top-down” orientation where major news outlets have been well-positioned to set agendas to shape public opinion. There is now a powerful communal structure of communication that is shaping public opinion. Today, media outlets, along with millions of people with a smartphone or computer, are broadcasting their opinions and “facts.”

Junior Kindergarten students started off spirit week with pajama day!
Middle School band/orchestra played "America the Beautiful" to remember the lives lost on 9/11. 
First-grade Torreys spent their morning in the library reading new books.
Instruments are officially back in the Lower School, and students are ready to play.
