Nature Sounds

Friday, April 8 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Lower Cascades Park, Sycamore Shelter

The Nature Sounds series combines a live, acoustic performance by local musicians with an educational nature presentation about the sounds made and found in all of our outdoor spaces.

Nature Topic: Wind
Musical guest: Joseph Trahan - baritone saxaphone
The wind can lift the hair off of your face on a sweltering summer day. It can send a gentle ripple over a lake surface, cause leaves to cartwheel across the ground, and can enchant us with a swirling shower of snowflakes. The wind holds a powerful influence over our senses. Come enjoy an evening of melodic woodwind music to complement the gentle breezes of spring.

Admission to all Nature Sounds concerts and programs is free. Bring your own seating.
