 REVIEW GUIDELINES 

When considering making changes to your dwelling or lot please take the time to read the ARC Guidelines refresh your understanding of the purpose of the ARC as explained in Covenants, Section VII. 
Both are available on the Hidden Hills website.

Review and approval is required before any exterior change can be made. 
Examples of work needing approval are structural additions, remodeling, fencing (includes changing the height to the fence or fence stain (color) pools, sheds, trampolines, playsets, landscaping, using a different color roof shingle, and painting of a different color on shutters, house trim or doors. 

This is NOT an all-inclusive list.
The more details you can provide about your intentions and plans reduces the need for clarification questions and reduces the time needed for review and approval

  A simple lot plan showing location of proposed changes with appropriate dimentions and expected materials to be used is extremely valuable to the committe in considering your request.

Complete the application located on the website and submit to the Hidden HIlls Association office or the ARC Committee.

WHEN YOU LEAVE.

THINGS TO KNOW: 
We have had several occasions where
someone is locking the exercise room door by using the old pool key.
  PLEASE DO NOT LOCK THE DOOR WITH THE KEY.

Hidden Hills Pool Season





Pool season
will be open soon!

to be a Pool Volunteer. 

You are needed to check the pool every evening around 9PM to check for empty/full skimmers, pick up trash, straighten up the lounge chairs, check the bathrooms, and make sure everything is tidy for the following day.

If you are able to take a week
(Sunday through Saturday)

2021  HIDDEN HILLS HOA
ASSESSMENTS ARE DUE NOW!


Any homeowner that has
not paid $338 or $184 (Half)
 is now past due and the full
amount must now be paid


Late Charges will apply if  any homeowner 
has not paid 
their 2021 assessment

Let's begin 2021 with our attention towards our lots by sprucing up our yards and outside structures in compliance with the covenants.

Some examples are fences, flower beds, edging sidewalks, and backyard playsets that need repair, and any touch up painting or staining needed on shutters, trim or doors.

 If you'd like to help on the Board, as a volunteer on a committee or participate in planning our social events, we would love to have you!

Committees include: Landscape, Architectural Review, Covenants, Social, Pool and Welcome.
