1. Backstage: A Limited Edition Mature Leadership Group Coaching Program
Early Bird Expires Today, Hurry!
<<First Name>>, on my journey coaching numerous leaders, I've observed that they most commonly struggle to manage their teams in 5 basic areas:
1. delegation
2. 1on1 check-ins
3. feedback
4. coaching and
5. accountability.

These areas are critical to being able to scale oneself and to employee happiness and productivity - but they are often as much art as they are a science.

I discussed these observations with my friend and fellow executive coach,
Tracy Wilk.
He sees the same challenges again and again as well.
We also addressed these struggles in our work with leaders and their teams, as part of the team coaching programs we are offering.

Motivated by a shared desire to make a meaningful difference and a larger impact on leadership development, we've come together to launch a pilot program aimed at addressing these pivotal areas.

Specifically, we've decided to put together an intimate group coaching program of leaders committed to enhancing their management skills: Mature Leadership Group Coaching Program.

It starts in mid-March.

We expect to do a deep dive into the art of leadership in these areas.

The program will include a blend of lectures, live coaching, group discussion and support, as well as prep materials in between sessions.

Pilot Program Overview:
  • Duration: 6 weeks, with sessions every Monday from 11 am - 12 pm PT / 2 pm - 3 pm ET
  • Dates: March 18, 2024, to April 29, 2024 (no workshop on April 1st)
  • Format: Online, featuring a blend of lectures, group discussions, and live coaching, pre-reading & prep materials
  • Capacity: Exclusively limited to 6-9 participants for a truly personalized and intimate experience (we have 2 early bird registrations already)

You can register for the program here.

This is not just a program; it's a call to action for those ready to transform their leadership approach.

Urgency is key - to ensure a spot in this groundbreaking pilot, please register promptly.

An early bird offer of $895 is available until March 1, reflecting a significant discount from the standard fee of $1,195.

If this might be a good fit for you or someone you know, that would be wonderful, we're looking forward to having you in this exclusive group!

If a call or a Zoom meeting is easier in order to clarify more details or answer any questions, I’m happy to chat, of course!

Book a 30-minute complimentary call and let's get you some answers.

Embracing this program is embracing a commitment to your evolution as a leader.

Tracy and I are both credentialed executive coaches and team coaches, and have worked with both individuals and teams from FAANG companies, law firms, major charities.

Question(s) & Answers

<<First Name>>,  if you're leading people & teams and dealing with some of the questions below, I'm sharing this Q&A series where I shared some answers.
I noticed the 'leading' and 'dealing' pun above - coincidental, but maybe not so much?
It made me think how, when we're leading we are also 'dealing' with stuff; and vice-versa: when we start 'dealing' with what we need to deal with, we actually start 'leading'.

3. Just One LEARNING Bite
<<First Name>>, 'People who are having fun look like they’ve been illuminated from within.'

This TED talk I'm sharing has become one of my favourites, after having recently discovered it.
It's about having fun (which is one of my values - really!).
It's about the importance of having fun in our life - in us living a fulfilled, happy and, well, joyful life.

Like one of my clients mentioned in one of our coaching sessions:
'I am learning to make more time for me and the things I enjoy doing. I believe life is more about that than anything else!'

So, this is our topic in this week's Leadership Learning Bite:

Title: 'Why Having Fun Is the Secret to Leaving a Healthier Life'
Speaker: Catherine Price
Description:
'Have you had your daily dose of fun? It's not just enjoyable, it's also essential for your health and happiness, says science journalist Catherine Price. She proposes a new definition of fun -- what she calls "true fun" -- and shares easy, evidence-backed ways to weave playfulness, flow and connection into your everyday life.'

Sneak peak: some fun facts about fun mentioned in this talk:
'Fun is the secret to feeling alive.'
'Fun is a feeling, not an activity!'
'Fun is a mix of playfulness, connection and flow.'
 - Playfulness: a lighthearted attitude, letting go of perfectionism, not taking ourselves too seriously
- Connection: brings shared experience, builds on peak fun memories
- Flow: losing track of time, feeling in the zone ('you cannot have fun if you’re not in flow')!

What fun does for us:
  • It's energizing: 'people glow when they have fun'
  • It's contagious
  • It helps us stay present
  • It unites us: we don’t see people as different, we connect with them as human beings
  • It makes us healthier: we are more relaxed and socially connected
  • It's joyful and it makes us happy

So, how do we have more real fun (actually)?
Watch the TED talk. 😊
