CHURCH OFFICER ELECTIONS
The election of church officers who will perform their duties prayerfully, seriously, and competently is an important work. This election process is conducted by what we call the Nominating Committee and is one that is entered into very prayerfully. As we approach this season, we ask all members to pray for God's leading and guidance for all who will be involved in this process. More information will come in the near future.

PRAYER MINISTRY
Trusting God with the Impossible
Jesus used the absurdity of moving mountains to illustrate a principle: God can and will do "absolutely everything" in response to believing prayer, from fixing the smallest hangnail to stilling the most powerful storm.
Believers often don't count on this promise as God intends. They feel guilty when their prayers aren't answered in the way they expected and wonder if they didn't have enough faith. Preachers may say it's not about the size of their faith, but the size of their God. But still believers ask, Why does prayer remain a hit-or-miss affair when God promised "absolutely everything"?
Maybe the answer lays in laying hold of God-because God will lay hold of you at the same time. When God tells His people He's ready to move a mountain, they'd better start praying. That's a prayer God will honor.
Prayer is all about trust. Trusting God is listening. Trusting Him to reveal His will. Trusting Him to act according to His nature and to do as He promised.
Prayer is trust in action, even when we don't ask for a thing.
Join the Southpoint Prayer Team on Thursdays at 7:30pm and on Sabbath at 3:00pm and 6:00pm to put your trust in action.

WOMEN'S DAY
In celebration of Women's History Month, on March 16, our worship service will be conducted by all women, and it will be a spirit-filled day; one where women AND men in attendance will be blessed, empowered and transformed through the power of the Holy Ghost. You won't want to sit this day out because God's presence will be seen, felt and heard. Our speakers for the day will be Charmaine Cattnell, Carmen Brooks and Chantal Lopez, and we pray that through their eyes, and their personal encounters with Jesus, we, too, will be motivated to have a greater encounter with the Lord, as well.
** All women, young ladies and girls are encouraged to wear all white or pastel colors for this special day.

SPY MARCH CALENDAR
HEALTH MINISTRY
Did you know that what you consume in your gut affects the connection and function of the brain? And did you know that this same connection impacts your connection with the Lord? Even more so, this same gut/brain connection contributes to the maladies and dysfunctions in our society. Join us as we share significant information and consider the hidden conversation within our bodies and how the gut/brain connection impacts our mood, our choices, and overall health. This "impactful" seminar will be held on March 23 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm in the fellowship hall for adults only. Childcare will be available. Lunch will be served for seminar participants. Be sure to sign-up in the lobby beginning this Sabbath.
SPY'S SPRING GALA
SPY is hosting a Spring Charity Gala on March 30th from 6-9pm. The entire church family is invited. You are welcome to invite other guests as well.
This is a formal event with BLACK TIE attire. The purpose of this event is to highlight our youth and their trip to the International Camporee in August. Our goal is to enjoy an elegant Sabbath evening with dinner, Camporee highlights, fun, entertainment, worship, and much more, all while prayerfully raising enough funds to reach our goal.
We are so grateful for all who have already helped. You have made this trip possible for our youth to be part of a once in a lifetime global experience!
This Charity Gala is undoubtedly the event you don't want to miss! Please see Ann Caines to purchase tickets and more information.
RSVP before March 23rd.
EASTER SERVICE CANTANA
Invite family and friends to join us on Sabbath, March 30th for Southpoint's Easter Service Cantata starting at 11:30 a.m. This Cantata will feature our Senior Ministry, OASIS (Older Adults Sharing in Service) for Jesus, along with other musical presentations. This will be a time of reflection and praise where you can worship by singing or meditating during the musical and scripture selections.

ground to save your spot in line and leave.
You must wait here in person.
Holiday hours may vary. Check the front doors or
