The Post Challenge

As a child, my paternal grandfather would often visit from New York City and stay at our family home for several weeks. He always brought his suitcase, a notebook and pencil, and his travel chess board. My Pop taught me not only to play chess but that a handwritten note is extremely powerful and capable of engaging with another person more deeply than any other form of communication.
