Historic Portraits Rediscovered
Fourteen historic portraits were recently rediscovered in the cellar of Blaenavon Workmen’s Hall. The Blaenavon Community Museum has funded their restoration and the splendid images are now, once again, on display in the hall. They depict local dignitaries, including members of the town’s Liberal Association and the Workmen’s Institute. Please visit and learn more about these important people from Blaenavon’s past!
