Blaenavon Heritage Railway – Santa Specials – Weekends in December Come and take the train and meet Santa with our Santa Specials. Hill Farming Walks Blaenavon is surrounded by common land and has been for hundreds of years. On commons there are no fences and grazing livestock roam over large areas. This includes the roads across the common where the grazing animals have right of way. What challenges do hill farmers face? What should you do if you encounter cattle?
