Blaenavon is surrounded by common land and has been for hundreds of years. On commons there are no fences and grazing livestock roam over large areas. This includes the roads across the common where the grazing animals have right of way.
What challenges do hill farmers face? What should you do if you encounter cattle?
A series of walks and talks will be taking place with local farmers. For further information please contact: create@torfaen.gov.uk - tel: 01495 742418
